Fair Usage Policy
This Fair Usage Policy is designed to ensure that all subscribers of Obeth Graphics receive high-quality, timely, and consistent creative support. Our "unlimited graphic design" offering refers to the unlimited creative potential and the ability to submit a wide variety of design requests, subject to the specific credit limits and active request slots of your chosen plan.
Each Obeth Graphics subscription plan is defined by a monthly credit limit and a specific number of active request slots.
• Standard Plan: Includes 3 active request slots and 50 credits per month.
• Premium Plan: Includes 5 active request slots and 100 credits per month.
• Enterprise Plan: Includes 8 active request slots and 250 credits per month.
Credits are a virtual currency used to pay for design requests. Your monthly credits are allocated at the beginning of each billing cycle and are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Any unused credits will expire at the end of the billing period and do not roll over.
We define "unlimited creativity" as the freedom to submit as many design requests as you can conceptualize, within the scope of our provided services and your plan's credit limits.
This means you can:
• Submit new design briefs whenever you have an idea.
• Request a wide range of designs, from logos and social media graphics to illustrations and embroidery digitizing.
However, "unlimited" does not mean we can work on an infinite number of requests simultaneously. Your active requests are limited by the number of slots in your plan.
As our designers complete a request, the slot becomes available for a new request from your queue.
Each design request you submit will consume a certain number of credits from your monthly allocation.
The credit cost is determined by the complexity and scope of the request:
• Simple Request: (e.g., mockup, background removal) – 1-5 credits.
• Standard Request: (e.g., business card, flyer, logo design) – 5-15 credits.
• Complex Request: (e.g., multi-page booklet, comprehensive logo package, Concept Designs) – 15+ credits.
Your dedicated project manager will inform you of the credit cost for each request before the design work begins.
This ensures full transparency and allows you to manage your budget effectively.
Your subscription plan determines the maximum number of requests we can work on for you at any given time:
• Standard Plan: 3 active requests.
• Premium Plan: 5 active requests.
• Enterprise Plan: 8 active requests.
Our typical turnaround time for a standard design request is:
• Standard Plan: 12–24 hours
• Premium & Enterprise Plans: 6–12 hours
Please note that turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on the complexity of the request, the clarity of the design brief, and the number of active requests in your queue.
• Standard Plan: Includes up to 3 revisions per order. Revisions are small changes to the design that do not alter the initial concept.
• Premium & Enterprise Plans: Include unlimited revisions. We are happy to make as many changes as needed to an active project, as long as the revisions are within the scope of the original design brief.
Major changes that deviate significantly from the initial request may be considered a new design request, and your project manager will discuss this with you.
Our services cover a wide range of graphic design needs, but certain services fall outside the scope of our standard plans.
The following are not included in your subscription:
• Motion Graphics and Video Editing: While we offer motion graphics as a specific service, it may not be included in your standard plan. Complex animation and video editing are generally handled on a custom-quote basis.
• 3D Modeling and CAD Drawings: These specialized services require specific software and expertise not included in our general graphic design offering.
• Advanced Coding and Development: We provide design for websites and digital assets, but we do not handle the coding or development of these assets.
• Large-Scale Print Management: While we design for print, we are not responsible for the physical printing process, printing costs, or quality control from third-party printers.
• Custom-Quoted Projects: Highly specialized or oversized projects (e.g., a complete re-branding campaign, a 50+ page e-book, a series of billboards) that exceed the scope of your monthly credit allocation may be subject to a custom quote.
Your project manager will provide a transparent breakdown and cost estimate for such projects.
This policy exists to prevent any single client from disproportionately consuming our resources, which could negatively impact the service quality for all subscribers.
Obeth Graphics reserves the right to review account usage and, in rare cases, communicate with clients whose usage consistently exceeds a reasonable threshold or violates the spirit of this policy.
Should a client's usage be deemed excessive or abusive, we will work with them to find a more suitable solution or, as a last resort, terminate the service.
